SI-MO SMITH

SI-MO Smith began her training as a young girl with her grandfather Grand Master T.B. Whittaker. She trained off and on with him throughout her childhood. After she and Sensei Smith were married she began training on a more full time basis. When Sensei Smith opened his dojo, he asked her to assist him in building a division of the T'AI-KARA-TE-DO™™ system that would be built more towards the needs of women studying the martial arts. SI-MO Smith was recently awarded the rank of Shodan and was placed as the head instructor of the women’s division in the T'AI-KARA-TE-DO™™ system by Shodai Soke Nick Smith. She also assists in the Tiny Tigers and Little Dragons classes. SI-MO Smith is currently training in the Kung Fu Division of the T'AI-KARA-TE-DO™™ system,
